ON MY RADAR 11.11.22

Oh! 11/11/22! Feels like a good omen kind of day, right? This week has been a weird week– I think because I’m recovering from a lot of fun last week (laid it all out in Tuesday’s post!). I am usually rather affected by daylight savings and it was a little jarring to pick Jack up from daycare in the pitch black, but it hasn’t been as bad as normal? Maybe it’s just as simple as having a toddler to keep us on our toes and keep us distracted? (I also have a perfectly ideal evening routine that I swear is helping me sleep better… I have a whole post about it coming up, stay tuned.)

Anyway, here’s what’s been on my radar this week:

ONE // Becca Freeman Wrote a Book!

My friend and co-host of the Bad on Paper podcast wrote a book and signed a book deal!! So insanely proud of her. She’s been discussing some of the behind the scenes of the process on the podcast. Writing a book– and signing a book deal– is quite the accomplishment and I cannot wait to read it. Go Becca!!!

TWO // Plans by Chloe

I saw these Excel trackers on TikTok and, um, I don’t know you Chloe but you’re my kind of woman!! Literally genius. If you want to get organized but don’t want to commit the time to setting up your own Excel spreadsheet, you can buy her trackers. The meal planning one especially blew my mind…. I NEED IT!

THREE // Miniature Book Ornaments

So many people sent this Instagram Reel to me and you guys just get me 🫶🏻 What a genius idea for an annual tradition and a fun way to keep a “record” of what you’ve read each year. I was even thinking it would be cute to do one for Jack with some of Jack’s favorite books? Also would be a fabulous and inexpensive gift idea for a bookworm– especially if you can get your hands on their Goodreads account!

FOUR // Tartan Jamie Dress

A gorgeous silhouette from Tuckernuck, perfect for the holidays! I wanted to be sure to share this dress as I’ve gotten some requests about bump-friendly holiday dresses. I know how frustrating it can be to see cute styles that don’t work for bumps! This would be soooo gorgeous if you have some holiday parties coming up!

FIVE // “Back to the Beach” with Lauren Conrad

I haven’t had a chance to watch (listen?) to Kristin Cavallari and Stephen Colletti’s podcast yet.… but this is going to the top of my list. Hopefully I have time this weekend!! Kristin and Stephen have a podcast where they’re rewatching old episodes and reminiscing on the show (and spilling behind the scenes tea, of course). They just had LAUREN CONRAD on. I have read some of the headlines and saw a clip of it on TikTok… cannot wait to listen to the whole thing!
