ON MY RADAR

Oh you know, just chugging along through December. Our tree is up! My freezer is stocked with peppermint ice cream! And I think I’m almost done with my gift purchasing– maybe just one more thing to get. I still have half of the decorations up and that may just have to be enough this year!

We had a very rainy Monday– the house felt extra cozy with the Christmas tree all lit up!

ONE // Sarah O Jewelry Holiday Edit

Sarah O Jewelry gifted me the most beautiful diamond necklace earlier this year and I fell in love with the brand. Mike even bought my engagement ring from Sarah O and then I bought my wedding band as well so they’d match perfectly. Well, you know I’m going to be a lifelong fan now! They just launched their Holiday Edit– and offered my readers 15% off the collection with code CARLY15 (applies to Holiday Edit only). I think this two-sapphire ring is my favorite of the group if you want a place to start.

TWO // Navy & White Striped Dudley Stephens

Ugh, okay this is already selling out– very few left, but wanted to include it still because hopefully they’ll see increased interest and want to make more!! I was able to get one this weekend and I already can’t wait. I have no issue wearing stripes in the winter, but I’m also excited to have a fun one to wear on chillier beach days this summer. (Anyone else bundle up for the beach or just me haha.)

THREE // The Prom on Netflix

Well this is exciting!!! They’re reimagined the Broadway musical The Prom for a movie on Netflix. It has an all-star cast– everyone from James Corden to Kerry Washington and even Meryl Streep. The trailer alone is fantastic and kind of everything you’d hope it would be. Comes out on Netflix on December 11. Consider my calendar, set.

FOUR // NEST Holiday Candle

If you’re hunting for a great candle right now… you need NEST’s Holiday candle. It’s my favorite. I have a GIANT one I got a couple of years ago at a press event and that baby is still going strong. It immediately sparks a little Christmas spirit! While it’s more of a splurge, I think it’s worth it because it burns so well and smells absolutely *perfect*. (It doesn’t have that “artificial” scent you sometimes get with holiday candles.)

FIVE // On Point on Disney+

Another movie I’m excited to stream!!! The documentary follows students at the School of American Ballet as they audition and prepare for The Nutcracker. I. Can’t. Wait. I got goosebumps watching the trailer!

Great post. Love the Dudley Stephens. Hopefully more than just stripes to come fingers crossed. Nest candle is expensive but so worth the splurge. Cannot wait for the ABT on Disney to air. Dancers train 7 days a week and auditions are so stressful.

If you’re looking for more ballet x Christmas tv to consume, I really enjoyed the Netflix Hot Chocolate Nutcracker (that’s not the exact name, but it’ll get you there). It’s about Debbie Allen’s dance academy and their take on the nutcracker. It was good!!

Carly, love your post! Few days ago you posted your favorite games you love to play and gave links to them. Could you refer me to that post?

I was literally on the floor when I first saw the tuckernuck x DS striped fleece!! I was so frustrated too, because I had ordered myself a new fleece that morning!! The tree looks divine, by the way 🙂 Happy friday!

Carly, SAME. Matching PJs are my vice. I can’t wear mismatched and I try to wear them two nights in a row but I secretly hate it and needed the validation to swap out new ones each night. One more question….just how many pairs DO you have? Of the JCrew ones alone I have 10. (?!) yes it’s an issue. Please tell me you’ve got that many too!?
