OUR 2024 HOLIDAY CARDS with SHUTTERFLY

This post is sponsored by Shutterfly!

I know it’s only October, but the holidays are going to be here before we know it. While it feels a little early, the rest of the year is going to fly by and now is the best time to make sure you get your holiday cards ordered and ready to go! Sending out a holiday card is one of my favorite traditions and I absolutely love receiving them in the mail from friends and family. My parents always sent a holiday card with a photo of my sister and me and now that I’m a mom myself, I totally get why! I’m thrilled to be carrying on this tradition with my family now.

Don’t let the holiday season creep up on you though. Get a head start by ordering your holiday cards now! I just got in our order from Shutterfly and, omg, I love them so much!! Shutterfly has a huge selection of holiday cards no matter what your personal style is. I always recommend starting with your photo and trying to match the vibe of the photo. If everyone is dressed up, you might want to opt for something classic and elegant. Go with something cute and cheery for photos of your silly kids (this card really made me giggle too). Maybe you’re sending out a card of you and your pet and just want a card that feels full of personality!

If you’re like me and can’t resist a great bow, Shutterfly even has an entire section with bows and ribbons!

Introducing…. Our 2024 card!! We took a great family photo while apple picking this year and everyone was smiling (which felt like a true miracle).

I opted to customize the card simple craft envelopes and added a coordinated liner for a little pop and then created some custom return address labels, too.

This year we opted for a folded (instead of a flat) card. I end up using our cards for all sorts of gifts during the holiday season, too, like our teacher gifts. I like having a folded card to slip gift cards into and the extra room for a personal note.

And what better way to commemorate this year’s card than creating a keepsake ornament with our photo. That’s another reason why I love Shutterfly. You can take that holiday card and make so many great keepsakes beyond the card. From ornaments, to mugs, to notepads, and calendars. Great for grandparents, doting aunts and uncles, and your own personal use, too!

Beautiful card! This comment is actually meant for yesterday’s post but for some reason I couldn’t post there. As a mom of 2 girls, I think it would be better if you did collages of last minute ‘kid’ costumes. Not every little girl wants to be something frilly. My girls have those doctor coats and last year one of their besties was an astronaut.
