I’m always on the hunt for fun things to incorporate into my daily uniform. Sweaters and jeans are my go-to during the winter and it can get monotonous after awhile. I got this turtleneck last year and it’s one of my favorite things to wear when it gets extra chilly. Adding the little scarf just makes it a little more festive for the holidays!

Okay, this has been a post that I have wanted to do since Christmas decorations first hit Target. Gift guides can be sort of fun but also can take a really long time to put together. This one is extra special though because it’s all sort of beauty products that I LOVE. I tried to include as many of my favorites as possible, but I’m sure I forgot some.
In my opinion, beauty products make some of the best gifts out there. I find myself giving from the “beauty” category for my girlfriends and sister. Especially since beauty products can get expensive, I think it’s fun to splurge on a friend you know would never spend the money on herself! I’ve already promised some gifts to my mom (this hand cream) and my sister (the mushroom line). They are generally pretty small too so they’re easy to stuff stockings with 😉
So this button-up with embroidered bows has been flying off the shelves and I couldn’t get an outfit post up in time. I saw the sizes disappearing after I had it on my radar post a few weeks ago. You know what’s great about being in Florida in November? Wearing an off the shoulder top outside and being hot. (I regretted the black pants because I was too warm actually!) I originally got the top for the meet and greet I co-hosted while in Tampa over Thanksgiving and know I’ll get more use out of it throughout the year; it’s always nice to find something that will work in winter (with dark jeans) and summer (with white jeans).
Just a girl searching for the perfect digital planner solution. What I have right now is working, technically speaking, but I’m working across platforms and ideally I’d love everything to be in one place. I also have calendar synesthesia (IYKYK) and I physically feel myself in space moving through my calendar, which makes finding a planner difficult because I want/need it to match up with what I see in my head I know this sounds insane but if you also “see” time, you know what I mean!
Right now I’m using:
– Google Sheets to track campaigns/business line items
– Google docs for writing/brainstorming
– Google/Apple Calendars (somehow they’re integrated and I don’t ask questions because it just works...)
– Apple Notes for daily to-dos, random note keeping, and quick jot downs
– Apple Reminders for “must dos” esp w/ deadlines
– Dropbox for photo/file storage
I’m craving a good ole fashioned paper planner but the reality is that I need it to be digital. I need it to integrate with my calendar and remind me of tasks. I need to be able to access it on my computer when I’m working at my desk and on my phone when I’m on the go. I need structure and flexibility?
Does the perfect digital planner exist?! Do I need to overcome my overwhelm and tackle @notionhq? Is an @apple iPad the solution? Do I just keep doing what I’m doing because it’s technically working?

Halloween 2024 was one for the memory books 🏈 Rory’s first Halloween!! Jack had a blast, Rory loved tagging along, and Mike and I couldn’t stop smiling 🤍 I don’t know how many years I’ll be able to convince the boys to coordinate their costumes so really taking advantage- I bought Jack’s football player costume (customized!) and sewed Rory’s football bubble myself (Jack asked if he could throw him, which was a resounding and firm, “no.”). Now time to raid Jack’s stash 😛
