SMOCKED DRESSES UNDER $100

This is beginning to look like the summer of smocked dresses, and I’m not mad about it! Between being pregnant and the recent heatwave, my summer wardrobe has consisted primarily of comfy dresses. They’ve quickly become my go-to choice for days when I want to wear something cute and comfortable. I’m honestly not sure I could have made it through this summer without smocked dresses, ha!

They’ve been a staple for all of my trips over the last few months, from visiting family in Tampa up to our most recent vacation on Nantucket. Smocked dresses are one of the most versatile pieces I own and fantastic for travel days since they’re comfortable and can take you from day to night without much effort. I’ve styled mine with everything from sneakers to wedges in the past, and I like that they work well for both casual and dressy occasions, so you don’t have to worry about packing as much on vacation.

Since I know many of you are equally as obsessed with smocked dresses this season, and I’ve been receiving so much positive feedback on these under $100 edits, I pulled together some of my favorite smocked dresses under $100 online right now.

I love this pretty blue eyelet smocked midi dress that also has pockets! This smocked maxi looks super similar to the Ellie Nap Dress, and the subtle gingham print is a classic. For a summer wedding guest dress, I’d recommend this smocked puff sleeve midi dress styled with a pair of simple nude heels or cream espadrille wedges.

Lastly, I had to mention my favorite slip dress I’ve been wearing underneath most of my dresses this summer. It’s under $20 and an essential for any sheer or lighter colored dresses!
