SPRING BREAK PACKING

With spring break season upon us, I wanted to share a mini vacation capsule perfect for a warm weekend getaway! Starting with my travel essentials, I genuinely don’t know what I did before having these packing cubes – they are the BEST! Very convenient for maximizing space in your suitcase while also keeping everything organized. You can even get them monogrammed, which would be a fantastic gift for any travel lover. I think everyone should have a duffle bag for shorter trips. I have a few already, but I’m eyeing this classic canvas and leather duffle from one of my favorite brands.

I’d pack this cute bathing suit and striped linen coverup for a beach trip. Of course, bringing your own towels might not be a necessity ha, but I still had to include the Weezie beach towel since I’m such a big fan of the brand! And don’t forget a beach tote, sunhat, and sunglasses. I always recommend having a pair of comfortable shoes like white sneakers that you can wear while traveling and exploring. Neutral sandals are also a great shoe if you’re going on a long weekend trip and want to save space since you can dress them up or down.

Finally when it comes to clothing, I like bringing at least two dresses, one casual option with smocking, and something a little dressier like this pink linen midi I wore in Charleston. White jeans are the perfect spring break piece since you can style them with almost anything. Pair them with a cashmere half zip and white sneakers for a travel day outfit, or dress up with a striped blouse, sandals, and a mini wicker bag for a cute and casual look!

Carly, have you ever worn or tried Rothy shoes? I bought a pair of the Driver style in navy recently and am SO excited to wear them for an upcoming international trip. My style is less preppy than yours (but I love that you go for classic and timeless pieces) but I wondered if you’d like them!
