UNDER $40 DENIM JACKET THREE WAYS

These last few weeks have been prime denim jacket season. We’ve had a few warmer days in NJ, but for the most part, it’s not warm enough just yet to forgo long sleeves. I’ve mentioned in some of my recent Week of Outfits Posts that one of my favorite things to do lately is work from Sunday Motor Cafe. It’s nice to get out of the house for a change of scenery, enjoy a treat, and check a few things off of my to-do list.

I’ve found myself bringing a denim jacket along with me to toss on over my outfit more times than not. Whether I’m wearing a floral dress or a striped t-shirt and white jeans, it’s such a great staple this time of year and goes with most outfits.

I’ve had this under $40 denim jacket for a few years now, and it’s become an essential part of my wardrobe, so I wanted to highlight a few easy outfit ideas. I’d love to know which is your favorite!

This photo makes me miss being in Nantucket but goes to show that even as we head into summer, a denim jacket is a must! It’s a perfect piece to toss on for windy days or cooler evenings. I think we’ve all been there when you go out to dinner only to realize it’s a little chillier than you expected. I like to have a light jacket with me just in case since you never know when you’ll need it.
