These posts have turned into some of my highest viewed ones for the week… I love that you guys love the regular outfit inspiration!
TUESDAY
It was a mostly work from home day, though I had to go to the orthodontist to pick up my next round of Invisalign trays. My last batch was delayed by almost two months so I was a little frustrated for the minor set back. But back on track now!
WEDNESDAY
Usual uniform for working from home and then had my volunteer shift at the food bank in the afternoon!
THURSDAY
I ran a couple of errands in the morning for upcoming collaborations and then worked from home for the rest of the day. It was a weird fall day here, gloomy but humid! At least it was warm enough to wear the dress I made!

FRIDAY
I had a full day on Friday of getting sponsored posts together. I also took my Halloween costume photos (SO excited!!). After work, Mike and I picked up our nieces for a “big girl” sleepover. Mike made spaghetti and meatballs and we watched a little bit of Moana with some ice cream 🤗
Old Dress (similar)
SATURDAY
Mike golfed and I had one niece for the day. I took her to see the donkeys then we colored, read books, and made cookies.
SUNDAY
I originally put this on to do a morning Peloton ride, but got sucked into a sewing project. I ended up wearing it most of the day before a pre-dinner ride. Sometimes you just need a comfy outfit on a Saturday.
Sweatshirt (c/o, unfortunately sold out)
MONDAY
What looked like a “light” Monday ended up being way more work than I originally thought. Usually Mondays are my busiest day (playing catch up from the weekend and setting things up for the rest of the week), so basically it ended up being a normal Monday. Can’t complain though– I am really excited for things coming up!
Sweater (c/o)
I love the dress you made!! Snd the long sweater dress is so cute and perfect for fall! These posts are some of my favorites!!

I look forward to your weekly wear for inspiration for outfits to wear. It’s become one of my favorite posts. I like the that you post this type of post on Tuesday, because it gives me something to look forward to on Tuesday morning.
I love your style, Carly! That first outfit is so cute, and I also love that grey sweater dress.

I’m obsessed with that cashmere v-neck but I’m a little hesitant to get more cashmere sweaters during COVID – do you always dry clean yours when they need to be cleaned, or do you have any tried and true tips for cleaning them at home?
I dry clean occasionally– but I care for cashmere at home too. I follow this method https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=b-XcuuF1fo0&
The video looks tedious but you get used to it!
Thank you!!
So excited to see your Halloween costume!
Carly, I just love that Madewell burgundy top! Super fun to see what you wear during the day. Love the jeans and sweater combos! In FL it’s more like shorts and shirt or dress and sneaker combos. That’s why I have always loved blogs, giving a BTS of the way others live and pretty much living vicariously through your fall and winter wardrobes!

I want to say thank you for the inspiration to get a little more dressed every day! It definitely makes me feel more like me 🙂 I also bought that J. Crew ruffle long sleeve top, and it is so easy to throw on and feel put together! Never stop this series haha!
I so love these weeks of outfits… You give me ideas…
