I am actually staying true to my word (at least for now 🤣) and cooking a little more. It does take a bit more planning and I usually have to put it into my calendar to actually get it done. But I’m getting it done. Mike is just the chef in our family and it comes so much more naturally to him– and he enjoys it! I will say though, when I have a recipe I’m excited about, I am more more inclined to make it happen!
Thought I’d share some things I’ve recently made (and loved!) and then also some more recipes that I have “on deck.”
BAKED SALMON WITH DILL SAUCE
BAKED SALMON SUSHI BOWLS
I made this and it is delicious!!!! Highly, highly recommend. A super easy weeknight meal.
SHRIMP RICE BOWLS WITH SPICY MAYO
CHIMICHURRI MEATBALLS
CHICKEN SOUVLAKI
SALMON RICE BOWL
Made and loved this!
GREEK CHICKEN MEATBALLS
EASY LEMON THYME ROASTED SALMON
I made this and served with rice and roasted broccoli. Soooo good. The salmon would also be great on a salad.
I love a classic bowl! So many flavors and easy to make! Thanks for sharing the recipes!
