Nordstrom Anniversary Sale 2021 Favorites

The Nordstrom Anniversary Sale opened to cardholders last week. Although I won’t be able to shop until July 28th, when it opens up to the public, I thought I’d go ahead and share some of the pieces I like included in the sale this year.

Over the years, I have purchased some of my favorite products from the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale that I still wear and love. The sale can be overhyped at times, but if you shop from a practical perspective, it’s a great chance to get a few staples you already love or invest in a piece you’ve had your eye on.

I’ve mentioned in previous years that I like to ask myself if it’s something I’d buy at full price. If the answer is yes, I go for it. Otherwise, it’s worth waiting just to make sure you don’t impulse purchase something you don’t want or need. There’s a difference between saving money on an item you’d already buy versus buying an item you might not even want to “save” money. (You’re not actually saving money in that case, you’re just spending less than full price.) Also, don’t worry if things appear to be sold out. In the past, Nordstrom has held back a portion of inventory online and restocked certain pieces for public access, so keep checking back.

NORDSTROM ANNIVERSARY SALE

You know how much I love a good Barbour coat. This waterproof hooded raincoat comes in the most gorgeous shade of blue, and I like the mid-length Hollingworth quilted jacket for northeast fall and winters.
Ralph Lauren makes some of the best timeless basics. Their trench coats are not to be missed, and I had to share this snap front quilted jacket that comes out to be just under $100. The herringbone print and corduroy accents are so dreamy!

When it comes to shoes, I have worn Hunter boots for years. I wear mine year-round through mud, snow, and rain, and I can’t recommend them enough. My running shoe of choice, is without a doubt, Asics. I might wear a different sneaker depending on the workout, but I always choose Asics if I’m running.

I also have a pretty extensive collection of Ray Bans and love the classic Wayfarers style (this tortoise pair is under $100). Finally, this wireless bra I purchased last year is so comfortable and changed my life, ha. If you haven’t tried wireless bras yet, you are missing out!
